Depending on how confident and fit a cyclist you are, there are a range of destinations that can be accessed by bike from Brougham Fields.
Penrith town centre is a 10-minute cycle from the site. Here you’ll find supermarkets and retailers, bars, restaurants and cafes and all the other services you’d expect in a busy town. The local train station, Penrith (North Lakes), is also in the town centre and has cycle parking both outside the station and on the platform. The closest primary schools are also less than 10 minutes, making the school run doable by bike too.
